We are very excited to have fall sports off and running with competitions coming up this week! As we continue to follow the rules and regulations outlined by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) and Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) there are a couple of changes since last spring. The following reflects DOH and WIAA guidelines as of August 31, 2021. If the guidance changes, we will communicate that with you!
Outdoor Fall Sports (Cheer, Cross Country, Football, Soccer)
Athletes, coaches, and spectators for outdoor athletics do not have to wear masks. The recommendation is that all parties are mindful of social distancing and if there are any concerns about your individual health and safety, wear a mask.
We do not have spectator limitations at outdoor venues at this time. As guidance continues to come out from the DOH and WIAA we will reassess as a school district. Spectators can travel to away contests. The NEA schools will continue to broadcast some athletic events. Please visit colvilleindians.com to find the NEA Broadcast document under the Resources tab.
Indoor Fall Sports (Volleyball)
Athletes who are actively participating in the match do not need to wear a mask. Coaches, spectator, athletes not participating, and student sections will need to wear a mask inside the school. Families are recommended to sit together with a three (3) foot barrier between each other.

We will resume ticketing at all regular season football and volleyball contests and all post season contests/events. All money that Colville High School receives from ticketing pays for official’s fees throughout the athletic year. Due to an increase in officials’ fees, the NEA League and Colville High School has increased ticket prices to the following:
$7- Adults and Students without an ASB Card
$5- Seniors (65+), visiting Student with an ASB Card
Free- CHS/CJHS/Fort Students with an ASB Card and children up to 8 yrs. old
We are excited to be offering concessions again at home varsity football and home volleyball events this year!
We are looking forward to a great athletic season and school year!
